More about Dr. Rose
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I am a second-generation California native but of Greek descent, as my great-grandfather emigrated to the U.S. from Greece in the early 20th century.
I decided to become a doctor after developing a fascination with human anatomy when taking high school biology. As an avid sports fan growing up, I always dreamed of being an orthopedic surgeon and my dream was realized.
I love practicing medicine because of the joy and satisfaction derived from treating patients and ultimately returning them to their active lifestyles without pain or restrictions. Patients come to us with hope, trust, and respect, and I truly honor and cherish the responsibility I have for being their doctor.
In my free time, I enjoy playing roller hockey, ice hockey, golf, and pickleball. I am also an avid waterskier. I cherish time with my wife and three kids. Most of my free time is spent traveling with family and friends.
I first met Dr. Rose through my former team doctor from my college football playing days at Stanford. The reason for the introduction was on Super Bowl Sunday 2019, I injured my hand and immediately needed professional medical help. My college doctor who guided and performed surgery on me back at Stanford and someone I trust, told me to seek Dr. Rose’s professional help. I immediately called Dr. Rose and he quickly coordinated an appointment to evaluate my injury. Dr. Rose and his staff couldn’t have been more thoughtful, respectful, and transparent through the evaluation process and recommendation plan during my first appointment.
I played quarterback for 8 years in the NFL after retiring in 2015 and have visited with dozens of medical professionals on a variety of different injuries I faced during my playing career. Dr. Rose is the best, most knowledgeable, and genuinely caring medical professional I’ve ever consulted with and very thankful to be given the opportunity to work with him and his staff.
